We also have uv lights which help eliminate bacteria, mold, and viruses float in the air. With the mixture of filtration and uv lights we may be able to make the air in your home the cleanest air you have breathed all day. When it comes to the temperature in your home, we guarantee a 20-degree temperature difference between the outside and indoor temperature in the summer and a 70-degree difference in the winter. What this means is when it is 90-degrees outside your home will be 70-degrees if you choose. Also, when it is zero degrees outside in the winter you will have no problem maintaining 70 degrees in your home. We stand behind all of these guarantees because we take the time to properly size the equipment for your home and for your comfort.
