Climate Shield covers your HVAC system with two maintenance visits a year (one heating, one cooling). Water Shield covers plumbing with an annual whole-home plumbing inspection plus water heater and sump pump checks. Home Shield combines both trades into one plan with three visits a year and a deeper discount, which is why it is our best value.
Home Shield members receive priority scheduling, moving to the top of the list. All plans waive the service call fee and include a discount on repairs (10 to 15 percent depending on the plan) plus a 2-year parts-and-labor warranty on covered repairs.
