Our Thorough Maintenance Process Includes

Inspect the blower housing, assembly, blower wheel, and motor
For older models, inspect the fan belt, replacing it if needed, and adjusting and cleaning as necessary
Inspect gas furnaces for any gas leaks
Inspect the evaporator coil for impacted debris, dust, dander, and biological growth
Inspect and adjust safety controls and the ignition system, cleaning as needed
Inspect and adjust the burner assembly, cleaning as needed
Clean dirt, debris, and leaves from inside the unit
Inspect the unit for the correct refrigerant level
Inspect the base pan for blocked drain openings, removing obstructions and cleaning if necessary

Inspect and clean the cabinet and coil as needed
Inspect the fan motor, lubricating older models if required
Inspect the control box, controls/accessories (including relays, contactors, capacitors, circuit boards, sump heat, and other accessories), connections, and wiring for any wear or damage
Monitor system starting capabilities and characteristics
Search for and identify the source of any unusual odors
Monitor the heat pump and air conditioning system for the correct refrigerant charge
Check the gas furnace and monitor for correct manifold and line gas pressure, adjusting if necessary
Monitor the system for proper line and load amps/volts
Provide a complete system operation report and recommend any necessary repairs
